Our menu is geared towards light vegetarian lunches that pack flavour, heart and are filling. Our diverse backgrounds and passion for culture inspires us to share rich, unique flavours with you. Tea time rituals bring us together while Vegetarian cuisine challenges and excites us. Just like yourself, we live daily with the wisdom and knowledge of doing our best to eat, drink and share healthy, natural foods and beverages (Sophia).
But perhaps the most important ingredients of all are love and beauty (Venus). We cook and bake with beautiful memories guiding us. That time grandma made hearty soup with fresh rosemary she picked from the garden on our walk together. The first time we tasted artichoke only to discover it looked just as intriguing. The scent of bread baking in the oven. The first time we heard our daughter “crunch” away at a freshly picked apple. That Christmas long ago when dad surprised us with his cooking skills through a delicious baked eggplant dish….. There’s truly nothing quite as comforting as a good meal made with love and shared.
